Refund Policy

At Santique Aesthetics, we pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of care and personalised results. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure every treatment meets your expectations. Below you’ll find our refund and cancellation policy, designed with fairness and transparency in mind.

1. Services

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds for completed services.
Each result can vary based on individual response, skin type, and aftercare. We ensure all clients are informed during consultation and receive tailored treatment plans.

However, if you are dissatisfied, please speak to us directly — we are always open to feedback and will do our best to find a solution.

2. Prepaid Packages

If you have purchased a package of treatments:

Unused sessions may be refunded, minus the cost of any sessions already taken (at full single-session rate).
Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.

Please note: Packages offered at discounted rates are non-transferable and must be used within the stated validity period.

3. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
Vouchers may be used towards any treatment or product unless restricted by promotion terms.

4. Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a £25 cancellation fee or loss of session if part of a package.
No-shows may also be charged or counted as a session used.

5. Medical Exemptions

If a medical condition arises that prevents you from continuing treatments, please provide supporting documentation — we’ll work with you to discuss options, which may include transferring the remaining value or credit.
